Terms and conditions

At the time of vehicle delivery, a car rental agreement must be signed. For security purposes, a valid credit card is required from individual customers. Commercial clients must provide business registration documents (company certificate, tax ID, and ID copy of the driver).

The tenant must be 25 years of age and have a 5-year local or valid international driver's license for group A, B, C, D vehicles at the time of the rental agreement.

Prices include:

• Basic insurance (third-party liability)

• Vehicle maintenance

Prices do not include:

• Fuel

• Delivery fees outside designated locations

• Fines or tolls

• 20% VAT (if applicable)

Optional extras such as GPS, child seats, or chauffeur service can be added upon request.

The total rental fee is payable in advance. A security deposit may be required, depending on the vehicle category. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, or bank transfer. The minimum rental period is 2 days (48 hours). Late returns are charged at an additional daily rate. Please inform us in advance in case of delays.

Pickup and return at Agadir, Marrakech, or Casablanca are available. Delivery and collection at hotels, airports, or custom locations are possible with prior notice.

All traffic fines, tolls, and parking fees during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter. If the car is impounded due to a violation, the duration is included in the rental time.

Vehicles are delivered with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same level. Missing fuel will be charged at the market rate.

Vehicles rented from RENT GO TRAVEL are not allowed to be taken outside Morocco under any circumstances.

Vehicles must not be used for:

• Racing or rallying

• Off-road driving

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs

• Transport of illegal goods
